Glitter Sand Powder “Mermaid Effect”  Application

  1. Perform standard preparation before applying gel polish, apply auxiliary fluids (Nail Dehydrator PNB, Bond Control PNB).
  2. Apply the base coating for gel polishes UV/LED Base Coat/UV/LED Titanium Base/Top Coat 2 in1/UV/LED Bio Base, polymerize in UV/LED lamp.
  3. Apply colored gel polish in 1 layer, polymerize in UV/LED lamp.
  4. Apply the 2nd layer of gel polish, in UV/LED lamp. Apply the powder-gloss with a handy means (brush, applicator, finger), rubbing it into a residual stickiness. Secure the result in UV lamp 36 Watt 2 minutes or 1 minute in LED lamp. Then file the end slightly to seal the coating with a UV/LED Top Coat/UV/LED Titanium Base/Top Coat 2 in 1/UV/LED ProtecTop.
  5. Apply gel polish top with a sticky layer in 2 coats, polymerizing each. Remove the residual stickiness.

PNB recommendations

– To get the effect of “mermaid” you need a colored gel polish, which has a sticky layer, otherwise, the desired effect will be difficult to achieve.

– The stickiness of the colored gel polish should be medium.

– If your gel polish does not have the stickiness you need, you can use the UV/LED Base DeLuxe PNB – after polymerization in a 36 Watt UV lamp for 3 minutes or 2 minutes in an LED lamp, the ideal sticky layer for this effect is formed. This base will also give extra strength to your manicure.

– Don’t forget to take the shine off the end with the file! If you miss this step, you may get chips and the manicure will not be worn for long.
